Bucksmore Cambridge is a classic summer school designed for older teenagers who want more freedom and also want to study in the inspiring surroundings of a Cambridge University college. The programme combines a comprehensive English Language course with sporting, cultural and fun activities designed for 14-17 year olds. Students socialise with other juniors from many different countries in the unique surroundings of the historic city of Cambridge.

Bucksmore Cambridge is one of our city centre programmes which includes periods of semi-supervised free time (‘Freestyle Afternoons’) when students can spend time in Cambridge shopping, socialising or just relaxing in this beautiful city.

Students follow a structured communicative English Language syllabus with the emphasis on Speaking and Listening skills. It also includes several hours of ‘interactive English’ including Bucksmore Weekly News and Media in which students create their own videos, newspaper articles, blogs or drama productions.
