Bucksmore Intensive English and IELTS Prep Programmes
The second week of Intensive English and IELTS Prep has come to an end, and unfortunately that means saying goodbye to some of you. But we hope to see you again next summer to join us for more fun and learning!
This week has been nothing short of exciting! But also, we had some time to relax on our first Lazy Tuesday, a lovely chill day to do some laundry and have another nice afternoon playing games at a park. Wednesday though, started off again with more lessons, and in the afternoon, we had the pleasure to visit one of London’s most underrated places, Kensington Palace. We finished off the day by having a really fun T-shirt Dye Night!
Thursday and Friday were filled with exhaustive lessons and projects, as well as lots of IELTS practice, getting ready for the exam on Sunday morning!
Saturday rolled around with a full-day excursion, this time to the wonderful coastal city of Brighton. Students were able to glimpse a panoramic view the city from the top of the Brighton i360 tower, as well as having lots of fun at the Brighton Pier!
To finish off the week, on Monday we went to the Buckingham Palace State Rooms, where we were able to see up-close how the British Monarchs lived, how they decorated their home, what paintings they displayed and how they managed to keep their gardens so pretty.
