Bucksmore Young Professionals Programme
Whew! What a week! The excitement was contagious as everyone arrived, met their counsellors, and jumped right into the summer magic. From icebreaker games to exploring the grounds, it already feels like this is going to be one unforgettable camp season!
Then it was time to explore London! Our campers grabbed their water bottles, laced up their walking shoes, and set off on an adventure through the city. Along the way, there were plenty of chances to snap photos, try local snacks, and share laughs with friends. It was the perfect mix of learning, exploring, and just enjoying everything this amazing city has to offer.
And after all the excitement of exploring and making new friends, it was great to see everyone diving into their classes with focus and enthusiasm. Whether they were tackling creative writing, practicing their presentation skills, or diving into fun group projects, the energy in the classroom was just as vibrant as it was outside. Campers were eager to learn, ask questions, and share ideas—turning each lesson into an interactive and engaging experience. It’s been amazing to watch them grow in confidence and curiosity so quickly!
This is my first time as an activity manager for Bucksmore, and it’s been wonderful seeing the students enjoy themselves so much this week. I can’t wait to see what next week brings!
