Bucksmore Young Professionals Programme
This two-week journey has sadly come to an end, but what a fantastic final week it’s been! The group has packed in plenty of memorable moments.
On Tuesday, they took on the challenge of Dragon’s Den, designing original product ideas using only cardboard, plastic and bottles. With impressive teamwork and imagination, the ideas ranged from practical to wildly inventive.

Wednesday was all about jewellery making. Everyone got hands-on with beads, strings and charms to create personal and unique pieces. Some even planned on gifting them to their friends back at home.
Thursday gave the group a well-deserved break with a screening of ‘Fantastic Four’. It was a great chance to unwind together and enjoy some classic superhero action.
Friday brought our Industry Workshop Day, where the Graphics students explored lino printing. They experimented with carving and printing techniques, producing striking results that they were genuinely proud of.

Saturday was our cultural outing to Kensington Palace, where the group enjoyed exploring royal history and the beautiful grounds.
And to close the week and the whole camp in style, the group will head to Gravity Max for an evening of mini golf and bowling.

It’s been an inspiring and energising fortnight full of new experiences and friendships. We’re so proud of everything all students have achieved across the month and we hope they leave with great memories and maybe a few sparkly souvenirs!
Over and out! Until next year Bucksmore.
