| Rory Wilkinson, Chairman
firstname.lastname@example.orgRory became Managing Director of Buckswood Summer Programmes in 2007 and oversaw the growth of the company from two small summer centres into Bucksmore as it is today. In 2014, he handed over the overall management of the company to Matt Tighe. Rory and Matt are responsible for the values, direction, and vision of the company.

He is a graduate of Magdalene College, Cambridge University where he studied English Literature, followed by a year at the Judge Business School studying the Management Studies Tripos. Matt is responsible for all areas of Bucksmore and looks after the direction and growth of the organisation.
|Peter Grieve, Commercial Manager
firstname.lastname@example.orgPeter started working for Bucksmore Education in 2013 and has experience working as an Activity Leader, Activity Manager and Centre Manager. He graduated in Chinese and Business Management and spent a year in China as a student at Nanjing University. Peter looks after the commercial interests of Bucksmore Education, including Homelingua, the Advanced Studies Program and all summer courses.
|Matt Doherty, Head of Operations & Academics
email@example.comMatt has been teaching full-time since 2012 and has a DELTA qualification. Originally from Northern Ireland, Matt spent a year and a half teaching in the Czech Republic, in between working two summers at Bucksmore. Matt designs and oversees the academic content for all Bucksmore courses, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the summer schools.

firstname.lastname@example.orgMatt first joined the Bucksmore head office team in 2014 and has experience working as a Counsellor, Director of Studies and Centre Manager at various summer schools. Matt is responsible for the recruitment and support of seasonal staff.
|Charlotte Conway, Programme Manager
email@example.comBefore joining the head office team, Charlotte worked at five different Bucksmore summer schools, with experience in several roles including Counsellor, Director of Studies and Assistant Course Director. Charlotte ensures Bucksmore Education meets its high-quality standards throughout the summer.
|David Goodier, Academic Teacher Manager
firstname.lastname@example.orgDavid joined Bucksmore in 2017, after teaching and translating in Moscow for five years and managing a school. David is fluent in Russian and has an MA in Applied Linguistics. He is responsible for operations and product delivery of the Homelingua brand. He manages payroll, credit and cost control. David is in charge of recruitment, academic compliance and the groups’ insurance.
|David Juhasz, Academic Manager
email@example.comDavid joined us in 2018. He has experience in teaching, teacher training, examining, publishing, and academic research in various settings. Before joining Bucksmore, he developed, managed, and delivered CELTA teacher training courses. David holds various degrees in Humanities and Linguistics and will soon finish a PhD in Applied Linguistics.

|Hatty Reilly, Course Consultant

Hatty graduated from the University of Southampton in Geography with Oceanography and is now the main point of contact for all bookings and enquiries from Asia, Turkey and Central and Northern Europe.
|Hara Tsoukaneri, Course Consultant
firstname.lastname@example.orgHara first joined the Bucksmore team as an EFL Counsellor in 2018 and subsequently joined the Head Office team in January 2019. She has an English Language and Literature degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and she now manages all bookings from South Europe and Latin America.

email@example.comElliot graduated from Coventry University in 2017 with a degree in Human Geography. After graduating, Elliot worked as an English tutor in China and now works as a Direct Course Consultant for Bucksmore Summer.
|Michelle Caiyu Wang, Director of Chinese Business

Michelle is a Chinese national, living in London since 1998. She holds an MBA-degree, and she has overall responsibility for all Chinese business at Bucksmore.
|Alexandra Hamilton, Groups Business Manager

After graduating from Churchill College, Cambridge University in Chinese Studies, she completed her Masters in Edinburgh University in Chinese culture. During her studies, Alex worked in many roles for Bucksmore’s centres ranging from Activity Leader to Course Director. In Head Office, Alex is responsible for all of Bucksmore’s bespoke courses and ensures the smooth operation of all private groups that come to Bucksmore throughout the year.
|Helen McCall, Marketing Executive
firstname.lastname@example.orgHelen joined Bucksmore in 2018, she is responsible for producing our marketing materials and managing our website. Prior to joining Bucksmore, she worked in administration and marketing for a university summer school. She holds an LLB in Law with Study Abroad from the University of Bristol, where she also had the opportunity to spend a year Kyushu University in Japan and developed her passion for international education. She also holds an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of York.
Although the Head Office team are working on Bucksmore all year, we couldn’t run such successful programmes without the fantastic centre staff we employ in the summer. Every year we have a high percentage of returning staff who are essential to running an excellent summer school.
