Bucksmore Recruitment and Tutor Manager
Bucksmore Recruitment and Tutor Manager Job Description
The Bucksmore Education Recruitment and Tutor Manager is responsible for the identification, selection and quality assurance of high-quality tutors who deliver the online and seasonal Bucksmore Education programmes, and the provision of year-round Home Tuition teachers.
The Recruitment and Tutor Manager works in collaboration with the Bucksmore Education operations, marketing and admissions teams to plan for and deliver appropriate tutoring levels, identifying and selecting accordingly for online and seasonal programmes. They lead on all stages on the identification, selection, and quality assurance processes from running recruitment campaigns, to conducting interviews and processing all paperwork including references, contracts, DBS checks, seasonal payroll, and all other information as needed. Bucksmore Admissions Coordinator
Bucksmore Admissions Coordinator Job Description
Bucksmore Admissions Coordinators manage enquiries and bookings for both the Bucksmore summer programmes, and year-round Bucksmore Home Tuition programmes (as well as some online tuition while international travel remains disrupted for students). Working as part of the Bucksmore admissions team, the post-holder will be responsible for managing all leads and enquiries, from initial contact through to confirmation of the booking and the passing of relevant information onto the operations team.
Admissions Coordinators are the primary point of contact for agents, parents, and the Nord Anglia international sales team. Communication must be prompt and clear – taking into consideration that most will not be native speakers – to ensure Bucksmore is the preferred choice of academic provider. Over time, and as the business recovers from the impact of Covid on international travel, the team of Admissions Coordinators will be assigned regions across the world and begin to develop positive relationships with agent in these regions to meet and drive sales targets for all Bucksmore programmes. Some travel may be required on an ad hoc basis.
The role is essential to the smooth running of the summer schools, and home tuition / online programmes. Admissions Coordinators must work very closely with the Bucksmore operations team to develop comprehensive knowledge of all products and to ensure every programme is delivered to as high a level as possible. Bucksmore Business Development Coordinator
Bucksmore Business Development Coordinator
The Bucksmore Business Development Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
- Management of all direct enquiries and bookings for the Bucksmore summer programmes as part of the Bucksmore Admissions team. This involves managing all direct leads and enquiries, from initial contact through to confirmation and execution of the booking.
- Supporting the Marketing Manager by contributing to the development of direct sales marketing strategy and campaigns to grow this route to market.
- Supporting the Closed group manager during the quotation and booking phase to rapidly to realize this growing market
The Business Development Coordinator is the primary point of contact for students, parents, and the Nord Anglia international sales team. Communication must be prompt and clear – taking into consideration that most will not be native speakers – to ensure Bucksmore is the preferred choice of academic provider. The Business Development Coordinator will foster positive relationships with our Bucksmore Alumni, Bucksmore returners, direct lead generators and new Bucksmore to meet and drive sales targets for Bucksmore Summer programmes. International travel may be required on an ad hoc basis to support the development of sales channels for our programmes.
In addition, the Business Development Coordinator will be required to work closely with and support the Head of Marketing & Admissions and Marketing Manager to contribute to and execute the Direct Sales strategy, alongside the subsequent marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Bucksmore Home Tuition Coordinator
Bucksmore Home Tuition Coordinator Job Description
The Bucksmore Home Tuition Coordinator manages enquiries and bookings for the year-round Bucksmore Home Tuition programmes (as well as some online tuition while international travel remains disrupted for students). Working as part of the Bucksmore Admissions team, the post-holder will be responsible for managing all leads and enquiries, from initial contact through to confirmation and execution of the booking and the passing of relevant information onto the operations team.
The Home Tuition Coordinator is the primary point of contact for agents, parents, and the Nord Anglia international sales team. Communication must be prompt and clear – taking into consideration that most stakeholders will not be native speakers – to ensure Bucksmore is the preferred choice of academic provider. Over time the Home Tuition Coordinator will begin to develop positive relationships with our Global Recruitment Team (GRT) and agents globally in order to meet and drive sales targets for Bucksmore Home Tuition programmes. UK travel will be required on an ad hoc basis to support the quality assurance of the programme. In addition, the Home Tuition Coordinator must also develop excellent relationships with our network of home tuition teachers across the UK in order to place students as quickly as possible with the ideal tutor and family.
