Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
Last updated 17 March 2020
As Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to create uncertainty and disruption, we appreciate the need for parents and students to have as much information as possible about the summer.
Student welfare and safety is our top priority
The health, welfare and safety of students and staff is our number one priority. With over 40 years of experience looking after children every summer, we have robust procedures in place for supporting the welfare of students both before and after arrival in the UK.
We are currently monitoring and will continue to seek advice from the UK government, Public Health England and specialist industry bodies such as English UK. In responding to this advice, students’ health and wellbeing is the priority for every decision we take in the run-up to summer.
Bookings are open for summer 2020
Our summer schools are still several months away and the situation will change considerably before then. Hopefully for the better.
At the moment, our centres in the UK and the USA are open for business in the summer and we still very much hope to run all our courses. However, in this changing landscape, if we need to postpone courses, we will endeavour to update you as soon as possible so you can make the right decision for you and your children.
Right now, so you are still able to secure your place for summer but have complete peace of mind, you can now reserve your place on a course and delay making the deposit and your course fees until the situation is clearer.
We are also enabling anyone who has already booked to claim a full refund of any deposits and will not apply cancellation fees before 1st May 2019. Alternatively, we will be happy to offer you the option to postpone your programme either to later in the summer or in 2021.
If you have any questions our team are here to support you in this difficult time, please call 0044 (0) 208 312 8060 or email@example.com – we are here to help.
Stay safe and well. We hope to see you this summer!
