Meet our teachers
Gary G is based in Royston, just 15 minutes from the university city of Cambridge. Gary is a CELTA-qualified tutor, and has taught English in the UK, Italy, and France. He has a background in marketing and management, and has run his own business for nearly 20 years – so is an ideal tutor for those wishing to study Business English. He lives in a beautiful home, a 400 year old original barn, with his wife who teaches at university. Their hobbies include gardening, walking, cycling, football, and tennis.
Philip W lives in Kent, an hour by train from London, with his wife who is a primary school teacher. He is a Chartered Marketer and also holds a DELTA qualification making him a suitable tutor for students looking to study Business English, General English or English for marketing purposes. Philip has been teaching with Bucksmore since 2013 and specialises in older teenagers and adults.
Simon G is based in East Molesey - just 40 minutes from London's city centre. He holds a CELTA qualification and has a degree in English from Cambridge University. Simon is an experienced English teacher specialising in general English for adults and Business English. He lives southwest of London near Hampton Court, one of the most famous and historically important royal palaces in England, with his wife Carolyn.
