King Edward’s World of Adventures!
My word, I’m exhausted just thinking about this Bucky Blog never mind actually reading about what we have been up to over the last two days.
Following a good Bucky breakfast ( my dream breakfast at any rate! ) the kids couldn’t wait to get their stomachs doing somersaults at …………
…Chessington’s World of Misadventures!
The kids had a first-class time on the rides and got to see life from an entirely new perspective. Just what the doctor ordered, for some, look at these happy ladies.
But not for others. Here’s Yasmin just after her record-breaking 3rdtime on the Mega Death Roller Ride.
Miss Jaune did tell her not to go for that 5 sausages at breakfast! It’s always the killer!
Mr Terry & Antoine took an altogether different approach to the day and decide to go see some fish. It takes all sorts you may say but that baby shark you can see in the background has a mamma.
Not to be outdone by Chessington’s World of Misadventures, Bucksmore decided to throw a little party themselves the very next day to mark our 40thyear in action. Action was had! Five Bucksmore Centres converged on the playing fields of Plumpton to battle it out in Dodgeball, Volleyball & Benchball World Championships. Mr Gareth and Mr Terry beefed up for the occasion and Miss Anna grew a moustache and chopped off her legs. We borrowed a member of staff from Bucksmore Plumpton but she refused to undergo any changes whatsoever, hardcore!!
Here’s Mr Emil, the delighted runner up in the, make your own head explode competition!
Mr Tom, the Plumpton Manager, emerged as the overall lucky winner!!
Despite having, easily! the most beautiful teams in all competitions the referees were clearly biased towards us having heard that King Ed’s was once again the best Bucksmore centre for the 42nd year in a row, now that’s Talent!
Whilst no main prizes were won, FUN, FUN, FUN WAS HAD!!
Cheers Plumpton for providing an excellent day out and
Happy 40thBirthday Bucky!!
