About the college

A charming University of Oxford College situated on the banks of the River Cherwell, just a short walk from the city centre. St. Hilda’s College’s gardens and greenery provides a picturesque backdrop for studying an Intensive English language course in a peaceful setting.

In addition to the beautiful trees and gardens around the campus, St Hilda’s is one of the few Oxford University Colleges located on the river. As a result, the student social programme takes full advantage of the on-site punts that are available to use (with staff supervision).

The Jacqueline du Pré Music Hall provides a fantastic setting for student presentations and graduation ceremonies at St Hilda’s College. A stage, lighting and extraordinary acoustics enhance the quality of this stunning hall.
