Hi there, my name is Ronan and I am a recent 1st Class Land Economy graduate at the University of Cambridge.

Since I was 16 I have tutored various students in a range of subjects and levels, including mathematics, business and economics.

Since then I have worked with a range of students for both GCSE and A-level, and I can work with exam boards such as Edexcel, AQA, IB, and WJEC.

More recently I have tutored 8 students who have applied to Land Economy at Cambridge, assisting in personal statement writing, admission tests, and interview preparation. Some of these students have started or will be starting at Cambridge, with many others securing places at the UK’s most prestigious universities.

Hi, my name is Jimmy, I am an undergraduate Computer Science student at St Catherine's College, Oxford University.

Computer Science has always been a passion of mine, even before I started studying it I had an inert fascination for logical puzzles and maths.

When I was 13, I built my own computer and still use it to play video games. My academic success in maths, science and computing helped push me towards Oxford, and it is one of my proudest achievements.

I have also worked as a tutor part-time during my studies to help pupils reach their target grades in Maths, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry. I really enjoy tutoring and am considering a future career in education, perhaps to become a teacher or professor.

I am a fourth-year Chemistry student, with an inclination towards Physics and Mathematics, in which I will pursue a PhD as well, starting next year.

Currently, I am working on my Master's project in Theoretical Chemistry, namely Electronic Structure Theory.

I am passionate about research and have an inquisitive nature, but I also love to share this passion with other people. Over the years, I have found that teaching alongside my own research is the best way for me to share what I love with other people and help them find their own passion and interests.

I have 4 years experience in tutoring for Oxbridge Interviews and 9 of my 15 students have successfully got an Oxbridge acceptance place and the rest went to very good universities as well.

I graduated from the University of Oxford with a first-class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE).

I am working as a tutor whilst I continue my studies towards a MA in Politics from Kings College London.

My research interests are in 20th century political philosophy but I tutor a wide range of subjects, specialising in helping students to prepare for the the TSA Oxford entrance exam, personal statement guidance and Oxford interview preparation.

Currently I am on track to graduate from King's College London with the highest possible grade and have received an offer to return to next year for further postgraduate study. 

Hi there! My name is Isabella and I am a Masters student studying Marine Biology at the University of St. Andrews.

I now specialise in the study of deep-sea corals and their possible future application in pharmaceutical drugs.

During my three years of tutoring and classroom teaching I have found that the enthusiasm I bring to learning leads to curiosity, which in turn leads to positive habits of pursing knowledge and challenges the mindset that studying is a chore.

My goals include creating an environment in which the tutee is able to communicate their problem areas with ease and also encouraging self-learning by giving students opportunities to work through problems themselves once familiar with the subject matter.

Hello! My name is Katie and I'm currently studying Veterinary Medicine at the University of Nottingham. I achieved 3 A* at A level in Biology, Chemistry and Spanish, so I'd love to pass on any of my crazy ways to remember parts of the syllabus.

As an applying student, I received help from a mentor and learnt exactly what is needed to become a veterinary student.

Hi, my name is Farheen, I’m a first-year Engineering Science student at Jesus College, Oxford. 

I tutor for ages 5+ and specialising in Maths, Physics,  Chemistry and Oxbridge Interviews (non-medicine). I begin all my sessions with a few questions, asking how your week has been and if you've done anything new or exciting outside of school, so you can relax and get into the mindset, ready for our session.

The rest of the lesson is really dependent on how you prefer to learn. I always try to incorporate an element of interaction, asking you questions to check you understand and pausing where appropriate to give you chance to reflect and voice any worries or concerns. 

Hi there! I’m Tim, a final year undergraduate studying at New College at the University of Oxford. I am on track for a first class degree, and received 4 A* grades at A-level in Maths, Further Maths, History and Physics. In addition, I obtained 13 A*/9 grades at GCSE level, and got full marks on my EPQ.

I’ve been a tutor for about three years now, helping students with admissions tests, personal statements and interview preparation for Oxbridge as well as other universities in the UK and USA.
